Time: 25 minutes
- 6 sweet Italian sausage links
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups sliced onions
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 1 ½ cups Colombo Marsala Sweet
In a sauté pan brown the sausage in 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add onions to the pan and cook until they are translucent and then add the grapes and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Add the marsala and 2 additional cups of water. Cook with a lid partially covering the pan over medium low heat for an additional 10 minutes or until the liquid has reduce by 3/4 .
Serve over Polenta and enjoy!
