Serves: 4-6 / Time: 15-20 minutes
- 2 dozen mussels(cleaned & rinsed)
- 2 cups Colombo Marsala Sweet
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- pinch of saffron
Clean and debeard mussels.
Heat butter, oil & saffron in a large pot over medium heat until butter melts. (1 minute)
Add mussels and Marsala, cover and steam until mussels open (approximately 5 minutes).
Finish dish with fresh chives and serve with bread.
