- 3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 box yellow cake mix, Duncan Hines
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding(powder)
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of greased and floured bundt cake pan. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Bake for 50 minutes; check after 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto plate and brush warm cake with Marsala glaze.
Glaze: Mix until sugar is dissolved
